Funghi Mushrooms Risotto – 175 g
The utmost Risotto experience, this must-go dish comes to enrich your meal with a proper Italian sense. A finely tuned balance among Champignon mushrooms and base ingredients ensures the perfect experience at the palate.
Preparation: pour the contents of the packet into a pan 16/18 cm in diameter containing 650 ml of cold unsalted water. Stir to mix in the product thoroughly and bring to the boil. Cook
over medium heat, without a lid, for about 15/17 minutes, until all the water has been absorbed, stirring occasionally. When done, switch off heat and stir in 20g of butter and 10/15g of
grated Parmesan cheese to coat. Microwave method: Pour the contents of the packet and 550 ml of cold water into a suitable container. Stir thoroughly and cook at 800 W for about
20/22 minutes. When done, stir in 20g of butter and 10/15g of grated Parmesan cheese to coat.
This risotto comes perfectly cooked “al dente” and very creamy; it is delicious and delicate, with a that distinctive hint of asparagus.
